This is Garrett Clevenger. So we admit it; the picture is a little posed. But Garrett really does farm, runs a successful CSA on an urban farm here in Moscow, and provides us with greens, beans, and many other vegetables. All organic, all pesticide free, and all tasting really, really good! Next time you come into the Red Door, taste the difference!

These are wild morels. Chances are that if you are a Red Door regular - and we hope you are! - that you have had them in one of our seasonal dishes. Our morel pickers are notoriously secretive about their hunting grounds, but we can assure you that they are locally picked by local people.

Meet Nils and Eric, founders and owners of Panhandle Artisan Bread Company in Moscow. We like them a lot. Almost as much as their outstanding bread. Look for it in local stores and supermarkets, after you have tasted their awesome baguettes at the Red Door.
