All designed by her, made with our own unique ingredients, all our syrups and infusions made here on the premises. Ask Diana about her restaurant nickname. She might tell you - but probably not!
This is Taylor Mace, Brunch Chef and Dessert Chef extraordinaire. Although he often rinses food for his latest creations, Taylor is actually rinsing broken glass from bottles we smashed to build into our magnificent new concrete and glass bar!
Kurtis Shirts, aka Shuggie, sometimes works in the kitchen on prep and expeditor (the guy who makes your food look really, really nicely arranged). At other times he can be found in deep contemplation outside.
Who is the handsome dude? Why, it's Chef Ben Kirsch (known simply as Kirsch, at least on good days).Ben is a Moscow lad, who has had experiences cooking in kitchens as far away as Alaska and Portland. What we know: Ben knows how to cook!
